General meetings: Held at 6PM on the 3rd Thursday of every month. A pitch-in meal is served after the meeting. All attending members are urged to participate by bringing either a homemade item or a purchased item to share. Remember, participation will earn work bond credits! Also, serving and cleanup help is always appreciated and will earn work bond credits.
Mandatory Range Rules Training: For 2020, the Board will schedule multiple days and times to attend a Mandatory Range Rules Training session, pay your dues, and receive your membership card the same time.
Work Parties: Typically held twice per year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall. The club will furnish hot dogs and hamburgers, along with the usual side items; however, please feel free to contribute any other item if you like.
Picnics: An annual picnic is held each Summer. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be furnished. Please bring a side dish and/or dessert to share.
Christmas Party: Held each December. The club will furnish the ham along with the usual sides; again, please bring your favorite holiday dish or sides or desserts to share.
May General Meeting - FISH FRY: Club will purchase fish, donations accepted to offset cost. Items needed: buns, bread, assorted chips, macaroni&cheese, baked beans, slaw, salads, condiments (tartar sauce, catsup, mustard, horsey sauce, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes), and desserts.
July General Meeting - ALL AMERICAN NIGHT: Hot dogs, burgers & buns, vanilla ice cream furnished by club. Items needed: chips, macaroni&cheese, baked beans, slaw, salads, condiments (catsup, mustard, horsey sauce, relish, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes), and desserts.
